What is included in a Lifted Beauty Studios membership?
The specific service(s) in your chosen Hair or Lash plan, plus all member perks shown above.
Do unused membership services roll over?
Hair membership services may roll over for one additional billing cycle while your membership remains active. Lash membership services do not roll over and must be used within the current billing cycle.
How often will I be charged for my salon membership?
Memberships are billed automatically each month on the same date you originally joined.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
You can cancel with 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. One pause is allowed per year.
How do I book my membership services?
Book as you normally would — online, by phone, or in the salon. Your membership is attached to your client account.
Can I upgrade or change my membership?
Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I miss or cancel an appointment?
Our standard cancellation and no-show policy applies. Membership does not waive cancellation fees.
Can I use my membership with any artist?
Yes, with any participating artist qualified for that service, subject to availability.
